Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, de-identified or aggregated consumer information, or information otherwise excluded from the CCPA's scope.

We have sold or shared Personal Information in the preceding 12 months to personalize your website experience and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our website, third-party sites, and via email or text message (with your consent, where required by law). We do not knowingly share or sell the Personal Information of anyone under the age of 16. We use Sensitive Personal Information (i.e., Social Security numbers) only for purposes expressly permitted under California law.

By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you authorize Loansfax and its partners to contact you via:

  • Autodialed or pre-recorded/artificial voice calls
  • SMS/MMS messages
  • Emails

Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in emails or replying STOP to texts.

6. Your Rights and Choices (CCPA/CPRA & State Laws)

If you are a California resident or resident of another state with similar privacy laws, you have the following rights:

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information

If we require additional time to process your request, up to a maximum total of ninety (90) days from the date the request is received, we will notify you of this and inform you of the reason for requiring the additional time.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

Verifiable Consumer Request Requirements

The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows Loansfax to verify, to a reasonable degree of certainty, that you are the person about whom Loansfax collected personal information (or your authorized representative), which may include multi-factor authentication of identifying information provided by you. Such authentication may be conducted and verified independently or in combination with a comparison of personal information already maintained by Loansfax, if any; and
  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows Loansfax to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us, but we must also be able to confirm the personal information relates to you. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights as described above. Unless permitted by the law, Loansfax will not:

  • Deny you goods or services
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services

10. No Services for Minors
